In 2009 we began looking beyond our debut cd and our broken telephone. We have about 12 or so new songs waiting to take shape or set sail on their sea of joy. Money will bring us a new record.

On Tuesday, May 20, The Hosts officially released their debut CD, aptly titled, "The Hosts."
The CD is available at CD baby, Amazon.com and iTunes, amongst others.
The CD contains 12 original songs by Greg and Melissa Host and their mates. Recorded at world famous Detroit studios, The Tempermill, the CD boasts some of the coolest artwork of any CD released in 2008 by Berryville, Virginia's most famous psychedelic artists, Winslow McCagg.
Included on the CD is a secret clue, the first of those to figure it out will
get a special prize!
The Hosts host a CD release party for their debut CD, "The Hosts. On October 18, 2008, The Hosts will perform at the Pike Room at Pontiac's Crofoot night club. Joining The Hosts will be the ultra-groovy psychedelic jam band, Commerce & Hiller and Lansing, Michigan's newest phenomenon and Brian Jonestown Massacre disciples, The People's Temple. If you are going to see just one Hosts show this year, this is the one. They have promised to be freshly bathed, generous with warm smiles and will hand out breath mints to one and all!
